Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ripped Up Nutrition, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably across India.

Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹120 COD handling fee is applicable.

To confirm COD orders and reduce delivery issues, we require a 10% upfront payment at checkout, with the remaining amount payable at the time of delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

In certain cases, dispatch may take up to 5 working days due to high demand or stock transfers from our partner warehouses.

If we are unable to ship any item in your order within 7 working days, the item will be automatically cancelled and the paid amount will be refunded.

Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days depending on your location.

During peak periods or due to courier delays, delivery may take an additional 2–3 days.

We currently deliver to 500+ cities across India.

Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we ship orders through trusted national courier partners.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

You will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please refuse the delivery immediately.

Then contact our support team with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Invoice Policy

As per Indian tax regulations, every order (including free gifts or promotional items) will be delivered with a valid invoice mentioning the product price.

Refunds for Cancelled Items

If an item in your order cannot be shipped:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Any upfront payment made will be non-refundable.

Banks may take 7–15 working days to reflect the refund in your account.
